Address Updates/Changes
An address update/change can be easily done as long as the order has not been processed. Once the package is ready to dispatch, the request may be difficult to accommodate.
Personal difficulties may arise and we can empathise with the situation. Do inform us as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate the request.
In case you are moving to a different country, you can rest easy. We deliver internationally as well. Please get in touch with us to coordinate the delivery.

Shipping within UAE (Domestic)
Our courier partner services, who will be handling the local parcel delivery from our end.
We will keep you updated on your order via email or SMS along with a tracking link to enable tracking from the moment you make a purchase, up until delivery.
For domestic standard shipping may take 3-5 business days

Please note that depending on the day, destination and time of placing the order, your shipping arrival date will vary. Apart from unforeseen circumstances, that will be out of our control, delays in delivery are occasional and will be informed to you in advance.
While orders can be delivered on Saturdays, those orders placed on the weekend in the UAE (Saturday, Sunday), as well as public holidays, will be processed on Monday (the next working day).

Shipping Outside UAE/Internationally

Our international courier partner is DHL  courier services, which will be handling the international parcel delivery from our end.

We will keep you updated on your order via email or SMS along with a tracking link to enable tracking from the moment you make a purchase, up until delivery.
For international shipping, the delivery will depend on the distance.

DHL  International Shipping Standard - 1-3 weeks

DHL International Shipping Expedited - 4-12 business days

Shipping Restrictions:
A few products including Food item, are not available for International Shipping and restricted to domestic delivery within the UAE.

Multiple Orders/Shipments:
For orders with multiple products, they may be shipped at different times. A notification will be sent across as and when each product is shipped.

What are the international shipping rates?
Based on the product you have purchased and its actual weight or the volumetric weight of each item(whichever is greater), the final shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

What are the import customs and duties?
As you may be aware, international deliveries may be subject to customs and taxes as per the destination country. The customs departments of every country charge varied amounts depending on the product, its weight, size etc. Hence, we cannot predict what these amounts may be or control them.
These duties and any other related charges will be borne by the receiver of the product, whatever they may be.

Can a lockdown (now or in the future) have any effect on my delivery?
Our inventory is a moving one. Depending on your product and the vendor, the delivery may have some issues, if any.
Within the UAE, as long as circumstances don’t come to standstill, we will try our level best to ensure the product delivery.
